Smitty`s Smokehouse & Grill in Dade City

Wow awesome food and very nice staff!

Fast friendly service. Food is excellent. You sure get your money's worth and you don't leave hungry. They are located in Dade City on 301 north.

We live on North Florida and were in the area. We stopped for a late lunch. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich. OMG! It was huge! He said it was the best he had ever had and he eats BBQ all of the time!

Amity’s Smokehouse is one of the restaurants in Dade City, Fl. They have The best home cooked food around. Service is great. Very reasonable prices. And owned buy a local man, Dan.I highly recommend you try them.

Real southern bbq! Fall off the bone ribs and great flavor collard greens! Added to the list of restaurants that we go to!

1/4 lb hamburger, double patti always tastes great. French fries cooked right. Food is always good, service is pleasant.

Good food, friendly service. BBQ menu was a bit more limited than I hoped, but BBQ chicken was very good and great garlic bread. Also great fried okra.

I had potato soup and a house salad. Very clean and was excellent. And the price was affordable. The potato soup was one of the best I have eaten in a long time. It was like eating homemade soup I will be back I want the meatloaf next places very very clean

If you are looking for the best steak in town I highly recommend here. I've not ordered anything that I've not liked the taste of yet. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful service.

The food was excellent! Definitely would recommend. My only complaint is that there is no online menu for those of us who don't have the option to dine in, and when speaking to a female on the phone asking questions about sides and what not she wasnt exactly thrilled to answer them. Not to mention that during their peak hours they may not answer the phone right away, so you may have to try call again which is understandable. Other than those minor complaints as mentioned before the food itself was great and will definitely be going again. I've uploaded a few photos of the menu (as of 3/24/19) hopefully help out people with the same issue in the future

I ate there today never again service was good food okay but the flies landing in my glass and on my food literally made me sick. Told them showed them and they didn't even offer a discount. Who wants flies all over their food ugggh

Love this place food is always great whether you’re having breakfast or lunch. Food is always hot and the folks working there are always friendly. The place reminds me of a restaurant out in the country side.

First time visiting Smitty's. We had breakfast it was delicious. I had the ham and cheese omelette. The French toast was the best we ever had. Our server was so friendly and attentive. Such a warm and family oriented place.

This was my first visit to Smitty's and my food was excellent the service was quick and friendly. I visited with a group of eight people and they were able to get the food out all together and serve it hot. Great experience will definitely be back again. If you are looking for some fresh cooked home style food look no further. Much better than the fast food places that are all around this area.

The service was great except for the part where I stood there at the front 5min. waiting to be seated only to find out it's seat yourself. I had the bacon and swiss burger with fries and slaw. Burger was juicy and cooked to medium like I ordered. Fries were crispy. The slaw was different than I'm used to, fresh and crisp with too much vinegar. All in all a great lunch experience.

Smitty's Smokehouse and Grill is located on Highway 301 between Zephyrhills and Dade City. This restaurant has a large selection of items to choose from and the prices are reasonable. The ham and cheese omelet was well prepared and very tasty. The waitress was friendly and they did an excellent job of refilling your coffee cup. Wait times were minimal. This restaurant has a homespun feel with a very simple decor. Well worth a visit when in town.

Food was great it's well worth driving out of your way to eat

Very disappointed. This was my first and last time I will order from here. I had someone pick up my order, and I paid $17 for 2 burgers NO sides NO extra toppings. The menu that they gave us is what I ordered from. The burger I ordered cost 5.69. When I questioned them about it they said that they upcharged because "the meat is really expensive right now". No warning no letting people know. If you want to get ripped off then try this place. I can't believe you would do this to your patrons.

Good country food at great prices...their sweet tea is the best in town...today I got the burger and fries and could not finish it (I thought about going double glad I didnt) my mom got the pulled pork and it was good too....never got anything bad from Smittys....fast & friendly service...great place for large group and it always welcome

Wanted some good ole barbeque ribs, very disappointed. Apparently Smitty's ribs are received frozen, then warmed up in the microwave. Not good!

We're not from this side of town. We came out to take my mother to the Kumquat festival today and mom wanted to BBQ. A quick Google search turned up Smitty's with 4.5 stars. Quaint, old, little diner with a REAL close-knit family feel. Evelyn was our server. She was an absolute delight. Living in the city, I miss genuine politeness, hospitality and manners. Evelyn has an infectious smile and sweet personality. "Ma'am and sir" was used every time she spoke to us.... Loved it. Evelyn is a real asset to Smitty's.

It's not the fanciest place but it's good down home cooking. Never been disappointed!

Pulled pork was the most tender I have ever had, great flavor. Ribs tender and delicious. I'll be back soon.

We went for breakfast because we couldn't find anything else in the area that served good old breakfast dishes, my wife had their egg sandwich and bacon and she said she got a lot and it was delicious, my mother in law had an egg sandwich as well but I had their Western Omelette, it was huge and delicious, also their smoked sausage which was great and on point, we were glad we ended up going there, their orange juice tasted fresh and so did their apple juice. Only complaint is that my mother-in-law ordered a side of fruit and it turned out to be canned fruit that didn't taste too fresh but other than that everything was great and the prices unbeatable.

I think this is one of the best places I have ever eaten. Their breakfasts, which is served all day, is amazing. I personally like the Veggie Omelet with Hashbrowns & a side of bacon. But lunch, or supper, is my favorite mealtime. Their BLT's are big & delicious, the fries are fantastic. But,my favorite meal is the pulled pork(with the BBQ sauce put in already) with FF & Cole slaw & garlic toast. The sweet tea is some of the best!! I rate this restaurant five stars.

Best bbq in Pasco.

A hometown gem! You have to try the fried boneless pork chop sandwich with bacon, it is amazing. The prices are good, the service is friendly and attentive and the food is plentiful and very tasty. A must stop if you are in Dade City.

Great place love the food, service is a little slow buts because of how slammed the place is. People work hard in there to deliver great expectations and I love it. 10/10
